BOOKING POLICY SUMMARY

• A deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.

• No extra guests unless previously approved.

• 48-hour notice required for cancellation (refund or reschedule).

• 24-hour notice eligible for reschedule only.

• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals (15+ minutes) are non-refundable and require rescheduling.

• House call appointments must be confirmed by phone in advance.

By booking, you agree to all appointment and privacy policies listed on this website.

MINOR CLIENT CONSENT (AGES 5-17)

Clients between the ages of 5 and 17 must have parent or legal guardian consent to receive services.

• A parent or legal guardian must book the appointment.

• A parent or legal guardian must be at the appointment.

• Consent is required prior to the service being performed.

• The parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing all policies.

By booking for a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms consent for services to be provided by Makeup by Asia LLC / Asia’s Makeup Academy.
